Dr Sue Bagshaw (BSc (Hons) MB BS FRACShM Hon FRNZCGP CNZM) is a primary care adolescent and sexual health doctor at 298 Youth Health and was the founding Director of the Collaborative Trust. She is also a senior lecturer in Adolescent Health at the University Of Otago, Christchurch. Sue has been involved with research and training in adolescent and sexual health for more than 30 years.

Annie Horton (PhD, Education, MA, Education, B.S. Psychology) began her career teaching Psychology, Sociology and History to high school students in California.  She and her partner relocated to New Zealand in 2007 at which point she began studying how high school students understand and experience wellbeing.  Annie completed her PhD in 2013 and has since been working as consultant and research assistant in departments seeking to improve their pedagogy and teaching practice strategies to support student learning and wellbeing.  She took on the role of Training Manager in 2020 and is looking forward to supporting and delivering strengths-based holistic workshop and seminars that align with the kaupapa of The Collaborative Trust.

Wendy graduated from Auckland University with a Diploma in Business, and has a strong work background in Events Management and Administration. She joined The Collaborative Trust in 2017, and is your first point of contact with the team. Wendy's role is varied and busy, managing all things administration and planning and organising the Training Calender and our annual Hui. Wendy is also mum to two pre-teen aged children.
