My Mental Health Tool Kit: A Recovery Guide is an interactive book full of resources that can help people work towards improving their mental wellbeing. It includes sections on feelings, thoughts, body and actions.
The book was originally created by Collaborative Trust Youth Tutor Sarah Matthews as she navigated her own personal struggle with mental illness. But when people saw her gorgeous hand written, hand designed book, she was encouraged to turn it into a printed version so other young people could access it too.
But it isn't just being used by rangatahi. It is also being used by counsellors, teachers, parents and young adults to help themselves and others improve their mental health - which is why Sarah is already on her second print run!
